The benefits to the Private sale investor are many . As a private sale investor it means that you have met the necessary requirements and have been invited to take part in the Moob DAO private sale. Moob DAO is a multi billion dollar revenue generator.. When you take part in the Private sale you are receiving the Moob Token at a ground floor , founder level price.

Vesting Period

As a result of this extremely low seed capital price we have to also introduce a vesting period. The vesting period is in place to protect the market price of the moob token , this protects all investors .If one investor sold all his tokens at one time , then this could lower the market price hence affecting the holdings of all investors. The Vesting period is enabled to protect all investors and Moob’s Financial Protocols ability to keep growing .

Use of Funds Raised in the Private Sale

The allocation and usage of funds raised via the private sale are as follows:

1. Execute a Marketing Campaign which is aimed at promoting the presale. The Presale is a sale we will conduct to sell Moob Tokens to Moob Community Members.
2. Software : A portion of the raised funds , approximately 10% of it will be used to complete ongoing software projects.
3. Ongoing Corporate overhead costs

Tokens are locked for 90 days

90 day Token Price = $4.50 each

90 day release 10 % of Investors tokens : 5,333 tokens sells for 4.50 each

= $23,998.50

Amount of tokens still held for investor =53,333 - 5,333 = 48,000

( Market Value($4.5) x 48,000(# of Tokens) =$216,000.00)

This process is repeated monthly for 6 months

In this example the investor spends $40,000 and within the 90 days, his total token inventory is valued at $239,998.50. Note the vesting period only allows 10% of all of the tokens to be encashed monthly. Private sale participants will receive pvMOOB Tokens, This token type is encashable based on the terms and conditions laid out in this document and its smart contract is registered on the binance smart chain.

90 Day Vesting Period : 10% of Tokens purchased are delivered in 90 days.
